Packaging Error: Part # 162-8073
Dear Distributor,
On behalf of everyone here at Kegel, I hope the new year is starting well for you all. I am writing today to notify you of a packaging issue with part #162-8073 (SPLIT UPPER BALL WHEEL GUIDE ROLLER W/ BRACKET). Some of these items have shipped out incomplete. A total of 24 kits were sent out that are missing the aluminum bracket that is attached to the white wheel shown in the image.
In order to correct this as quickly as possible, we ask that you please check any inventory you may have of this part. If you find that you have any incomplete sets, please contact me directly to let me know how many incomplete items you received, so that we may replace the missing parts.
If any customers contact you about this issue, please inform them that we will ship a bracket directly to their center. You can provide the information from the customer to us or ask the customer to contact us directly if they prefer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we work to correct it. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
