Wi-Fi Device (Flex & Ikon)

Dear Distributor,

Due to the ongoing supply chain issues, we have now run into difficulty with receiving the Wi-Fi device used in the FLEX, FLEX Walker, IKON, and IKON Walker lane machines. This will not affect the normal operating ability of the machine, but the machine will not be able to connect wirelessly. When necessary, the hardware cables that come with the machines will have to be used. For each lane machine model, we will be tracking the serial numbers of machines shipped without this device. As we get closer to a resolution with the supply chain issue, we will make all distributors aware. Each distributor will be contacted with information about the first machine that will ship without this device so that you’re aware of exactly when this starts.
